1. About us
The website www.switchoffline.co (the "Website") is owned and operated by Offline Labs Ltd ("Offline", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and any products you buy from us.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the Website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Website or buy from us.
3. Our products
Offline sells food supplements. Our products are formulated to meet the relevant UK and EU regulations for food supplements.
Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Anything written on the Website is general information only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Who can buy from us
You must be at least 18 years old to buy our products. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you have given us is accurate, complete and current.
5. Placing an order
When you place an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that you accept responsibility for all charges and fees connected to that order.
An order is an offer to buy. A contract between us only comes into effect once we have sent you an order confirmation and dispatched your goods. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the product is out of stock, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Where we cancel, we will refund you in full.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the Website in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. You must use a valid debit or credit card, or another payment method we accept.
We take reasonable care to keep prices and product information accurate. If we find an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatching it and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling.
7. Subscriptions
Some of our products are available on a subscription. The following applies if you choose one.
- Recurring payments. By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval shown at checkout, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically. We will send you a reminder before each renewal payment.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@switchoffline.co. Cancellations take effect from the next billing date. If an order has already been processed, that order will still be delivered and charged.
- Changes. You can pause, skip or change the delivery frequency of your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
- Price changes. If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you in advance and give you the chance to cancel before the new price applies.
- Discounts. Subscription discounts apply for as long as the subscription stays active. If you cancel and restart later, the original discount may no longer be available.
8. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can happen for reasons outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

9. Returns and refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy sets out your options and forms part of these Terms. Please read it before ordering. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
11. Website content and intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, images, branding, logos and design, belongs to Offline Labs Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website in any way that is unlawful, damaging, or that interferes with its operation or with anyone else's use of it.
13. Limitation of liability
We are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any other loss arising from these Terms will not exceed the price of the product you bought.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by changing this page. Please check back occasionally. The version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.

Supplement disclaimer
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your healthcare provider before taking any supplement.
This notice does not affect your legal rights.
