Long day, late dinner, phone still buzzing at midnight. Your body’s done, but your head hasn’t got the message.

OFFLINE is made for that moment. Five ingredients at real doses, taken before bed, to help you switch off, rest properly and wake up clear.

You don’t have to change how you live. Just how you end the day.

INGREDIENTS

MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE, GREEN TEA EXTRACT (CAMELLIA SINENSIS), L-TRYPTOPHAN, APIGENIN, MONTMORENCY TART CHERRY (PRUNUS CERASUS) EXTRACT, BAMBOO EXTRACT (SILICA), CAPSULE SHELL (HYDROXYPROPYL METHYLCELLULOSE).

BENEFITS

Shorter gap between lying down and going under.

Magnesium bisglycinate and L-theanine take the edge off the wind-down, so you're not lying there waiting.

A head that stops replaying the day.

Apigenin and L-theanine quiet the noise without dulling you.

Fewer 3am wake-ups.

Tart cherry and L-tryptophan work with your own night rhythm rather than overriding it, so the night holds together.

Mornings that feel like yours.

Nothing in here sedates you, so nothing in here has to wear off.

Nothing hidden.

Five actives, every mg on the front of the pouch. No proprietary blend, no long list padded out with things doing nothing.

HOW TO SWITCH OFFLINE

Three capsules with water, 30 to 45 minutes before you plan to sleep. Late one? Take them when you start winding down, whatever the clock says.

It works best as a nightly habit. Most people notice the bigger difference after a few weeks.

90 nights to feel the difference. Or your money back.

Offline Sleep Lab Results

  • Falling asleep has never been my issue, it's staying asleep. I'd wake up, look at the time, and that was basically the end of it. Sometimes I'd get another hour around five if I was lucky. I've been taking these for about three weeks now and I've slept through most nights.

    Victor

  • I overthink at night, always have. I bought magnesium from Boots last year and honestly felt nothing so I wasn't holding out much hope with this. But I'm not lying there for an hour anymore. It's more like twenty minutes and then I'm gone.

    Emma

  • I've avoided sleep stuff because I'm up at 6am three days a week and I can't be half asleep till 8am. Tried something a while back and it knocked me out but the mornings were worse than the bad sleep was. This isn't like that. I get down quicker and I wake up fine.

    Liz

Wind down faster. Rest better. Wake up clear.

For the nights your head won’t clock off, and the mornings you can’t afford to lose.

FALL ASLEEP

Your body's finished. Your head is still in the 4pm meeting. L-theanine 200mg and apigenin 150mg work on the second part, so the gap between lying down and sleeping gets shorter. Neither one sedates you.

STAY ASLEEP

Getting there was never the problem. Three in the morning is. Magnesium bisglycinate 135mg, the form that absorbs, with tart cherry 150mg and L-tryptophan 200mg working alongside your own rhythm instead of overriding it.

WAKE CLEAR

A switch, not a sedative. Nothing in here puts you under, so nothing has to wear off. Take it at ten and you're yourself at seven, with no two hours of fog to write off first.

STEADIER DAYS

Most of what makes a day hard starts the night before. Short fuse, foggy head, no patience, that second coffee you didn't want. Sleep properly for a week and most of it sorts itself out.

Magnesium bisglycinate

Nervous calm

What is it?

Found in: leafy greens like spinach and chard.

Magnesium bisglycinate is magnesium bound to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. This "chelated" form is gentle on the stomach and well absorbed, which is why it's used here instead of cheaper oxide or citrate forms. Magnesium is a cofactor in hundreds of processes in the body, including those that regulate the nervous system and muscle function. Glycine itself is a calming amino acid, so the carrier does quiet work of its own.

Effective dosage:

100-200mg elemental

Amount in Offline Sleep:

135mg elemental

The science

Magnesium contributes to normal nervous system function and helps regulate the body's stress-response signalling. Low magnesium status is common and associated with poorer sleep and a more reactive nervous system. Supplying it in a highly absorbable, low-irritation form supports the body's ability to settle into a calm, rest-ready state at the end of the day.

L-tryptophan (Amino acid)

Sleep precursor

What is it?

Found in: protein-rich foods like salmon, eggs, oats and seeds.

L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid, meaning the body can't make it and has to get it from food. It's the raw material your body uses to produce serotonin, and in turn melatonin, the chemistry behind mood balance and sleep onset.

Effective dosage:

200-500mg

Amount in Offline Sleep:

200mg

The science

Rather than supplying sleep hormones directly, tryptophan gives your body the building block to make its own. This "precursor" approach supports the natural serotonin-to-melatonin pathway that governs mood and the timing of sleep, working with your system instead of replacing its signals.

L-theanine

Quiet focus

What is it?

Found in: green tea leaves.

L-theanine is an amino acid found almost exclusively in tea leaves. It's the compound behind the calm-but-alert feeling of green tea, without the jitter of caffeine. It crosses the blood-brain barrier and influences key neurotransmitters, including GABA, serotonin, and dopamine, the chemical messengers involved in mood and relaxation.

Effective dosage:

100-200mg

Amount in Offline Sleep:

200mg

The science

L-theanine is associated with an increase in alpha brain-wave activity, the electrical pattern linked to a state of relaxed, wakeful calm, the mental gear you want as you wind down rather than knock out. It's widely studied for easing a busy, overactive headspace, which makes it a natural fit for quieting a racing mind before sleep.

Tart cherry (Montmorency)

Natural rhythm

What is it?

Found in: whole Montmorency cherries.

Montmorency tart cherry is one of the few natural foods that contains measurable melatonin, the hormone your body uses to time sleep, alongside anthocyanins, the deep-red plant pigments known for their antioxidant activity. It's a whole-fruit source rather than a synthetic isolate.

Effective dosage:

100-200mg

Amount in Offline Sleep:

150mg

The science

Tart cherry works with your body's own sleep timing rather than overriding it. By supplying small, food-derived amounts of melatonin and supporting compounds, it nudges the natural wind-down signal instead of forcing sedation, part of why Offline can help with sleep onset without the heavy, drugged feeling of high-dose synthetic melatonin.

Apigenin (Citrus)

Calm release

What is it?

Found in: citrus like grapefruit.

Apigenin is a plant flavonoid, the active calming compound found in chamomile, here supplied at a real dose rather than the trace amount you'd get from tea. It's delivered from a concentrated bitter orange extract.

Effective dosage:

50-150mg

Amount in Offline Sleep:

150mg

The science

Apigenin is studied for its interaction with GABA receptors, the same calming pathway in the brain that helps switch off mental activity and ease the transition into sleep. It's the ingredient that delivers chamomile's reputation for relaxation, at a dose that actually reflects the science rather than the folklore.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is OFFLINE different from other sleep supplements?

Most hide a long list of underdosed ingredients behind a nice label. OFFLINE is five actives at doses that actually do something, with the whole formula on the front. Nothing hidden, nothing for show.

What's in it?

Magnesium bisglycinate, L-theanine, tart cherry, apigenin, and L-tryptophan. Five ingredients, real doses, listed in full on the pack. That's the whole list.

Will it knock me out?

No. It's a switch, not a sedative. It helps quiet a racing mind and ease you into sleep rather than forcing you under. You should wake up like yourself.

How and when do I take it?

Three capsules with water, 30 to 45 minutes before bed. OFFLINE is built as a nightly habit, not a one-off rescue, so it works best taken consistently.

How long until it works?

Some people notice a calmer wind-down in the first few nights. The steadier benefit builds over a few weeks of regular use.

I’ve got early starts. Will I feel groggy?

There are no sedatives in OFFLINE, so there’s nothing to wear off. It’s made to fit around early alarms, not fight them.

Is it habit-forming?

No. There's nothing sedative in it, so it isn't something your body comes to depend on. Take it when you need it, skip it when you don't.

Can I take it with other supplements or medication?

OFFLINE is a food supplement, not a medicine. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition, check with your doctor before starting anything new.

Where is it made?

OFFLINE is made in the UK to good manufacturing standards.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Try it for 90 nights. If it's not for you, we'll refund you.
